1. What types of swimwear do you sell? We specialize in women’s bikinis, including triangle bikinis, bandeau, high-waisted, cheeky, full-coverage, and mix & match separates. We also offer one-piece swimsuits and cover-ups.

2. Are your bikinis good quality? Yes. All our bikinis are made from premium, soft, and stretchy fabrics with excellent durability, quick-drying properties, and UV protection. We focus on both style and comfort so you can wear them all day confidently.

3. How discreet is your packaging? We understand privacy is important. All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no logos, images, or wording that reveals the contents. The sender name is generic and neutral.

4. What are your shipping options? We offer the following shipping methods for US customers:

  • Express Shipping (3-6 business days): $20
  • Free Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $0 (most popular)
  • Free Shipping (7-14 business days): $0
  • Standard Shipping (7-14 business days): $10

Tracking number is included with every order.

5. Do you ship to all US states? Yes, we ship to all 50 states, including Alaska, Hawaii, PO Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses.

6. What is your return policy? We accept returns on unused items in original condition with hygiene stickers intact within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Defective or incorrectly sent items will be replaced or refunded promptly.

7. How do I choose the right size? We provide a detailed size chart on every product page with measurements for bust, waist, and hips. We recommend measuring yourself and comparing with the chart for the best fit.

8. How long does it take to process orders? Orders are usually processed and shipped within 1-2 business days (Monday – Friday).
